Mentz, Finn & McDowell
was founded in 1964 specializing in the defense of workers’
compensation claims. Our firm has provided service to the employer’s
community for over 40 years representing both self-insured employers
and insurance carriers in litigation before every office of the
Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in Northern California. We have
also protected the subrogation rights of our clients in civil
litigation.
Our geographical area of
representation includes the jurisdictions extending from San
Francisco to Sacramento and Fresno to Eureka. This also includes the
five Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards located in the San
Francisco Bay Area extending from San Jose to Santa Rosa.
